Codey Frederick

Scheduling Specialist

My interest in construction began at an early age growing up around my father’s jobsites, where I developed a strong appreciation for how projects are planned, built, and delivered. That early exporsure solidified my desire to pursue a career in construction. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering, where I also competed as a student-athlete on the football team, and began my career as an Assistant Project Manager, progressing into Senior Project Manager roles leading complex projects ranging from $30 million to $300 million.

Through my career, I have worked across the healthcare, commercial, industrial, and multifamily markets, supporting owners, general contractors, and subcontractors alike. My experience is rooted in using schedules as practical tools for the field, not checklists, focused on building clear plans that people can confidently commit to and execute.

My approach is ground in trust, accountability, and clarity, with an emphasis on field-first planning, reliable commitments, and data-backed decision-making. I believe successful projects are the result of alignment around clear expectations and dependable schedules, transforming planning into a driver of accountability and predictable outcomes.

This blend of GC operations experience and scheduling expertise allows me to bridge the gap between planning and execution—delivering schedules that support the project, protect the team, and enhance predictability.
